About Us
At CEL Quality Services we provide Inspection Services and Solutions to the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industries of Canada. We have operated out of Rocky Mountain House, Alberta since 2001. Our team supplies and supports safety-oriented integrity management solutions and Inspections throughout Canada with active integrity systems in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.
We provide a broad range of technical expertise and have gained an industry-wide reputation for delivering high-quality inspection and support service. We adapt to client's schedules to ensure on-time results and guarantee cost-effective and safety-oriented integrity solutions–24/7.
Our History
President Mark Copithorne began his transition into the Asset Integrity Industry in 1994 after a successful career in upstream operations. His broad range of operation and technical skills has allowed for CEL to expand our technical specialties with stable growth while ensuring consistent and reliable integrity solutions.
Our programs have integrated into several Major Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream companies since 1999 and continue to spread as the industry demand for asset integrity increases.
Our employees technical expertise grows dynamically every year to meet the industry demands supporting Visual Inspection, Engineering, NDE, and Integrity Management Solutions. We continue to grow and adapt to industry demands providing high quality service while maintaining affordability.
